The full-size stainless steel convection oven has a 180 minute timer with continuous function, a steam spraying function, and heating, humidity and power indicators. The unit has a stainless steel chamber, and the door hinge opens to a 90° angle to easily remove trays. The unit has five rack positions and comes with four 17.3" x 26" racks. It has a safety cut out switch.
