The body and lids are constructed of stainless steel. Separate hot dog and bun compartments allow the user to control the level of steaming on each side while the top-loading design allows for easy and safe access to your hot dogs and buns. Steam all day with the 8-quart capacity water pan and adjustable thermostat. The humidity control system in the bun compartment keeps buns fresh while your hot dogs steam. The commercial hot dog cooker and bun warmer has a temperature range of 85°F-175°F and can cook the hot dogs in 20 minutes. This Adcraft countertop hot dog steamer has a front drain and plug for easy disposal of water, bakelite knobs on top of the lids for safe opening and a lighted power switch.
