The Blakeslee Hood Type High-Temp Dishwasher is designed to save energy, reduce chemicals and use less water. This commercial hood-type dishwasher is built to withstand continuous use in high-demand commercial kitchens. This stainless steel dishwasher cleans up to 30 racks per hour and uses 0.79 gallons of water per rack. It features easy-to-read, simple-to-operate front-mounted controls. The triple filtering system with stainless steel filters captures soil and debris. This commercial dishwasher features a built-in 9800 Watt booster, 2940 Watt wash tank heater and a temperature range of 165° - 180°F. Cycles included are: 120 seconds, 180 seconds and Perfecta-Rinse, which extends the wash cycle time to ensure a 180°F final rinse. The unit is designed with built-in detergent and rinse-aid pumps and includes one dish rack, one combination flat rack and one small utensil basket. To accommodate your space, this dishwasher can be easily converted from straight-through to space-saving corner installation. Standard built-in drain pump allows for versatile installation.
